Law Degree from the University of Barcelona and Diploma in Company Secretaryship from CEU‐SAN PABLO.

For several years he was a Director in company law in the Barcelona office of COOPERS & LYBRAND and of PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS, firms in which he worked for 17 years.

Since 2001, partner and founder of ADDIENS ASESORES, S.L. Since January 2016, partner of ETL GLOBAL ADDIENS, S.L., as head of the company law area.
