He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Seville and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Legal and Business Studies (IEJE) – Seville.

He is member of the Bar Association of Seville (ICAS) and Barcelona (ICAB).

In 2016 he was included in the publication “The Best Lawyers in Spain” in the areas of labor and employment legislation.

With extensive experience as a lawyer, he has developed his professional career in the following firms:

His professional activity has involved, among others, the following aspects:

  • Providing legal advisory services in labour and social security affairs.
  • Procedural defence in courts in labour and social security affairs.
  • Study and drawing up ordinary and senior management employment contracts, individual and collective redundancies.
  • Substantial modifications to working conditions, transfers of workplace, salary structure, preparing minimum employment commitment and non-compete agreements, etc.
