Member of the Tarragona Bar Association and of the Tarragona Association of Graduados Sociales (labour and social security practitioners). Holds a Law degree from Universitat Abat Oliba CEU in Barcelona, a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice from Universitat Rovira i Virgili in Tarragona and the Graduado Social qualification from Universitat de Lleida. Career civil servant on leave of absence from the Spanish National Social Security Institute (INSS). He has extensive specialised training in labour law practice and Social Security benefits.

He has practised in the labour law department since January 1994. He provides ongoing and preventive advice to companies and employees on employment and Social Security law, and represents and defends them in proceedings before the labour courts. His experience gives him a comprehensive view of the field and of the strategies that can be adopted to defend clients’ interests.
