Therefore, in the accounting-fiscal field, our modus operandi are as follows:

  • We prepare the accounting records resulting from our clients’ activities.
  • We supervise the entries made in the official accounting books from the tax point of view.
  • We provide accounting advice to our clients and answer any questions that may arise in this field involving the company’s ordinary activities.
  • We study and resolve the ordinary tax and accounting queries you may have.
  • We prepare the regular declarations and self-assessments, as well as their corresponding annual summaries (VAT, IRPF withholdings, transactions with third parties, etc.).
  • Likewise, we prepare the regular declarations and self-assessments corresponding to Corporation Tax, including its payment in instalments.
  • We also prepare your tax closure with a proposal for settling Corporate Tax, including the application of all possible measures and tax incentives that may be legitimately applied.
  • We prepare and deposit the corresponding annual accounts of our clients in the Commercial Registry.
  • We process the legalisation of the mandatory accounting books before the Commercial Registry.
  • We complete and process census declarations or, if required, the Tax on Economic Activities.
