These General Conditions will be governed by Spanish law.
For any controversy deriving from the use of the WEBSITE or the interpretation or application of these General Conditions, Spanish legislation will be applicable, and the competent bodies for the resolution of any dispute are the Judges and Courts of the city of Barcelona, Spain.
