Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona. Official master’s degree in Business Law and Contracting from the Universitat Rovira I Virgili.

Associate lecturer of Commercial Law at Barcelona University since 2010, teaching degree courses in Law, Economics, Business Administration and Management and Labour Relations. He joined ETL GLOBAL ADD as a partner in the Commercial Legal Area in 2022.

Speaker at Congresses and Specialisation Courses, conducting his main research in the area of Competition Law, Business Networks, Contractual Commercial and Business.

Recognised experience advising companies in the following areas: Mergers and Acquisitions; Corporate Law and Corporate Group Restructuring; Bankruptcy Law, Refinancing and Restructuring of Companies in Crisis; Commercial Contracts, with high expertise in the creation, advice and defence of all types of vertical networks (franchises and selective distribution); Competition Law and Unfair Competition; as well as civil and commercial litigation.
