Mariano Roca López

Degree in Law from the University Abat Oliba CEU, master’s degree in Tax Law from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, post-graduate degree in International Tax Law from the University of Barcelona, Senior Business Management Programme (PADE), IESE, University of Navarra.

After 17 years with CUATRECASAS and four at KPMG, he became a partner in the Tax Area of ETL GLOBAL ADD in 2022.

He specialises in legal tax advice to family businesses. He has extensive experience advising on estate planning and inheritance, dispute resolution within family businesses, national and international tax advice on significant heritages, and individual tax residency disputes.

He regularly publishes articles in the press and specialised media and was “Lawyer of the Year” in the BESTLAWYERS ranking in 2014, 2015, 2018 and 2019.


