Degree in Law from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, 1974. He specialises in commercial law, banking, real estate, bankruptcy, and company restructuring. He acts as legal adviser and secretary of the board of directors of commercial companies, as well as in the legal advice to marinas.

He coordinates banks’ legal defence in various judicial proceedings and has been providing legal advice to them for more than 30 years.
