For several years, he was manager of the commercial legal area of the Barcelona office of COOPERS & LYBRAND and PricewaterhouseCoopers, firms in which he served for 17 years.

Since 2001, he has been a partner and founder of ETL GLOBAL ADD.

He gives talks and seminars on legal-commercial issues.

Expert in corporate law, contracting and corporate restructuring.
