Degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Vienna (Austria) and Law Degree from the UOC. Diploma as Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the ACCA (Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants). Member of the Official Register of Auditors of Spain, of the Association of Economists of Catalonia and the Barcelona Bar Association.

2 years at COOPERS&LYBRAND, and 6 years at PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS in the audit department in Barcelona and in Budapest (Hungary) where he worked in the banking and pharmaceutical sectors. He also held the post of CFO in NOVARITS Hungary, and also in the branch of HYPOVERINSBANK in Madrid.

Since 2006 collaborator of ADDIENS ASESORES, S.L.

Speaker at numerous lectures and seminars on financial matters. He has been a lecturer on Finances at the EADA business school (2008-2013) and has also taught at Abat Oliba University and the UPC (Polytechnic University of Catalonia). He has been asked to prepare several company valuations

Expert in procedural law (mainly in relation to property and in the general liability of professionals), and in economic criminal law. He has performed numerous technical assessments and has acted as expert witness or economic advisor in numerous judicial proceedings.
